In 2003, Sunny Hills Services started Hamilton Transitional Housing in Novato for older clients who are aging out of child services treatment. Hamilton is a supportive living environment offering clients job readiness, job experience and independent living skills, this service prepares clients age 18 to 21 for their return to the community. This program was made possible by a collaborative effort of Sunny Hills Services and several other Marin County non-profit agencies
