Sunny Hills Services is committed to being the leader in youth treatment services. We assess, treat, and heal emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children and teens. The foundation of our approach is the conviction that early treatment creates positive futures for children and their families.

Click here to listenWe continually strive to refine our care in order to provide the highest quality residential, educational and community-based services to Severely Emotionally Disturbed (SED), neglected, or abused children and teens. We pride ourselves on our partnerships with families and referring agents, competent, qualified staff, and effective solution-focused programs.

Sunny Hills Services' staff works to transform the lives of troubled children and teens by giving them the skills to be responsible, productive participants in their community. Working from measurable, set out goals, our clients learn to use their unique strengths as tools to :

  • Make significant improvements in behavior and functioning including improved interactions with peers and adults, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, anger management and self-control. They are better able to cope and manage the daily stresses of life in the home, school and community.

  • Increase their school and academic performance, stay on task and work through frustration and impatience to complete assignments and their course of study.

  • Return to more independent, less restrictive living and learning environments where they require less adult supervision, direction, and containment than they did in their previous residential, educational, or mental health setting. 76-80% of clients in our programs move to lower levels of care upon completion of their Sunny Hills Services program.
